The Site may display company-created synthetic samples for product demonstration purposes. Those samples are created as illustrative AI-generated examples and are not user uploads or user outputs selected for public display.
The Operator reserves the right to remove, disable access to, or restrict content that, in the Operator’s sole discretion, violates the Site’s Terms of Service or applicable policies.
The Site does not publish user uploads, user-generated outputs, or other user-provided visual files in public galleries, public feeds, public profile pages, or similar public-facing areas without the user’s affirmative consent. If public gallery, feed, community, or showcase features are introduced, user content will be eligible for public display only where the user intentionally chooses to submit, share, or publish that content and the content complies with the Site’s Terms of Service and Content Policy.
User-uploaded images, camera captures, reference images, and other user-provided visual files are not used as company samples and are not made publicly accessible unless the user affirmatively chooses to publish or share them through an available Service feature. Any such sharing remains subject to the Site’s Terms of Service, Content Policy, and applicable law.
Visual outputs generated by the Service are synthesized through artificial intelligence algorithms. Company-created public samples are synthetic demonstration content and are not intended to depict actual human beings.
Some Service features may allow uploads, camera capture, reference images, swap, undress, or similar photo-based workflows. Those features may be used only for lawful adult self-content or content involving adults who have given consent. Content involving minors, age-ambiguous persons, non-consenting persons, unauthorized real-person likeness use, harassment, exploitation, blackmail, or privacy abuse is prohibited and may be blocked, removed, restricted, and/or result in account action.
Accordingly, to the extent that visual depictions are synthetic and do not depict actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are not applicable to such depictions. Users remain responsible for any records, consents, rights, and legal obligations that may apply to materials they upload, request, generate, publish, or share.
Access to the Site is restricted to adults. Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access or use the Site and must comply with all applicable laws and the Site’s Terms of Service.
