Acceptable Use Policy (Content Policy)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service for sassyfantasy.com (the “Service”), operated by SassyFantasy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing, registering, generating content, uploading materials, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1) General Principles

You agree that you will not use the Service in any manner that:

• violates any applicable law or regulation;
• infringes the rights of any third party (including privacy, publicity, and intellectual property rights);
• exposes other users or the Company to harm, liability, or loss;
• interferes with or disrupts the Service, systems, or networks.

2) Adults Only (18+)

The Service is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).

3) Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from generating, uploading, transmitting, requesting, prompting for, or otherwise making available any content that:

A) Minors / Youthful Persons (Zero Tolerance)

• depicts or involves any person under 18;
• depicts a person who appears to be under 18 (even if fictional, stylized, animated, AI-generated, or “age ambiguous”);
• sexualizes youth themes (e.g., “teen”, “schoolgirl/boy”, “barely legal”) where the depiction could reasonably be perceived as under 18.

B) Non-Consensual Sexual Content

• depicts, promotes, or glorifies non-consensual sexual acts, sexual assault, coercion, exploitation, blackmail, or rape;
• depicts sexual activity involving intoxication where consent is absent or impaired.

C) Bestiality, Incest, and Illegal/Extreme Sexual Conduct

• depicts or promotes bestiality;
• depicts or promotes incest (including “family roleplay” where it is presented as incestuous);
• any content that is unlawful in relevant jurisdictions.

D) Violence, Gore, and Degradation

• depicts excessively violent, gory, or degrading content, especially where combined with sexual content;
• depicts torture or extreme cruelty.

E) Real Persons, Likeness, and Identity Misuse (Strict)

• uses, uploads, edits, or attempts to depict a real, identifiable person unless you are the depicted adult or you have lawful authority and documented consent from every depicted adult;
• depicts public figures, celebrities, politicians, private individuals, or any other third party in nude, sexual, compromising, misleading, or deceptive contexts without lawful authority and documented consent;
• uses photo-based workflows, including face swap, deepfake, nudify, undress, or similar tools, to sexualize, impersonate, shame, blackmail, harass, exploit, or expose any person without lawful authority and documented consent;
• doxxes, threatens, stalks, or invades the privacy of any individual.

F) Hate, Harassment, Threats

• promotes terrorism or extremist organizations;
• promotes hate, discrimination, harassment, or abuse based on protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.);
• includes credible threats of violence or targeted harassment.

G) Illegal Activity and Harmful Instructions

• facilitates illegal activity (e.g., trafficking, exploitation, blackmail, extortion);
• promotes self-harm or suicide.

H) Malware, Exploits, and System Abuse

• contains viruses, malware, spyware, or harmful code;
• attempts to phish, scrape, or compromise accounts, networks, or systems.

4) Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes or to facilitate unlawful activity;
• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Service, models, or infrastructure;
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent security, access controls, content filters, rate limits, or authentication measures;
• use automated scripts/bots to scrape, extract, mine, or harvest data from the Service;
• resell or commercially exploit the Service without written authorization;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• upload content you do not have rights to use.

5) Intellectual Property & Copyright Complaints (DMCA-style)

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing materials and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

A copyright complaint should include:

• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
• identification of the material and information sufficient to locate it;
• your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized;
• a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act;
• your physical or electronic signature.

6) Reporting Abuse / Takedown / Account Requests

For takedown requests, abuse reports, copyright claims, privacy requests, or account deletion, contact: support@sassyfantasy.com

We may request additional information to verify your request and locate the relevant material.

7) Enforcement

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to take any action we deem appropriate, including:

• removing or disabling access to content;
• issuing warnings;
• limiting features or access;
• temporarily suspending or permanently terminating accounts;
• refusing service and/or canceling transactions where permitted;
• reporting suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement.

We may use automated and manual measures to detect and enforce Policy violations. Attempting to bypass restrictions is itself a violation.

8) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• your violation of this Policy or the Terms of Service;
• your content, prompts, uploads, or use of outputs;
• your infringement of third-party rights; or
• your misuse of the Service.

9) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, safety, or operational requirements. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
